PACKAGING SIZE

Packaging size and type will depend on the product(s) contained within your order. We have set our shipping prices based on the size of packaging required to accommodate standard 100cm Choobs. Unfortunately this does increase shipping costs. We have tried to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, and we will review them regularly.

DISPATCH TIMES AND TRACKING

Every Choob is crafted by hand to order. We aim to have orders dispatched within five working days after order confirmation, however for larger orders or during busy times, orders may take longer to prepare. Once delivery has been arranged for your parcel, we will provide you with a tracking number. If your parcel fails to arrive after the estimated delivery times stated below, please contact us: hello@luminosify.co.uk

In the unlikely event that we experience any delays processing your order, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to advise.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK

DDP Delivery - Delivery Duty Paid

  • We pay the taxes and duties for you

  • These charges are added at checkout

  • You don’t have to worry about additional charges from customs once you have placed your order, just sit back, relax, and wait for it to arrive!

DDU Delivery - Delivery Duty Unpaid

  • We are unable to pay the taxes and duties to the courier on your behalf

  • Once the package reaches your country’s customs, the courier will request the balance of taxes & duties from you (which may include a courier handling fee)

  • It is your responsibilty to organise the payment of the duties and taxes, Luminosify cannot do this on your behalf

SHIPPING CHARGES & CATEGORIES

UPDATE: We have removed Evri from the Germany shipping options. They are not paying the customs & duties charges correctly, resulting in our customers paying taxes twice. We are sorry for any inconvenice this may cause.
